Real estate transactions can be a daunting task as I quickly learned during my first experience as a buyer. Consequently, when I decided to sell I knew I needed someone who would be on my side. I called up Shawanda and asked for her assistance and believe me I wasn't disappointed! She gave great advice about a number of things that I could do to help the house sell quickly which I truly appreciate because it enhanced the process tremendously. We listed the home on Friday, Shawanda held an open house on Sunday and 2 days later we accepted an offer! The process could have been stressful for me however Shawanda was very knowledgeable, patient and gave me advice and reassurance throughout. Best of all, she was always available-despite having several other clients she made me feel as though I was the only one. She is incredible and I am very happy with the outcome.
