She definitely will gear the level of interaction based on your needs. I communicate via email and text and she accommodated that style and kept me and my husband informed. Everyone that she recommended or worked with us through her was also absolutely great. We definitely took some far trips to view houses and we surprised to see the differences from the online photos to actual view. She reassured us through the process. When it came to the house we fell in love with, she helped us from going way overboard on a price. I loved that she has a searching for a home guide, moving guide, and she is honest about any information she does not know.
Very easy to get along with and there was no confusion over what needed to be done and what she would do and what was expected from me. I thought selling the house during the probate process would be the hardest thing with the estate, ended up being one of the easiest since we had all the paperwork beforehand and Shawanda.

Real estate transactions can be a daunting task as I quickly learned during my first experience as a buyer. Consequently, when I decided to sell I knew I needed someone who would be on my side. I called up Shawanda and asked for her assistance and believe me I wasn't disappointed! She gave great advice about a number of things that I could do to help the house sell quickly which I truly appreciate because it enhanced the process tremendously. We listed the home on Friday, Shawanda held an open house on Sunday and 2 days later we accepted an offer! The process could have been stressful for me however Shawanda was very knowledgeable, patient and gave me advice and reassurance throughout. Best of all, she was always available-despite having several other clients she made me feel as though I was the only one. She is incredible and I am very happy with the outcome. Shawanda went above and beyond what I felt was her role and I truly appreciate it. I have to do this again in a few short months, in another state, and I wish she could be there with me.
