She made suggestions on how to prep the house to maximize it's potential to buyers, suggested vendors for inspection items and a mortgage company for the closing, and kept us up to date with weekly feedback and comments from prospective buyers. When we received an offer, she helped negotiate a great final price. Her professionalism made the whole selling process very easy for us. We highly recommend Shaunda!
