Shaunda is very professional and is not a weekend warrior realtor. This is her full-time profession and she takes it seriously. I appreciated her market knowledge and negotiation skills. I wanted a house in a central location with access to the expressways and yet wanted a quiet neighborhood. Oh, I also had to have a pool! So I have been living here a few years and my house has appreciated quite a bit, and I still love the neighborhood. It’s important for your realtor to listen to your needs and show you houses that match your request, no matter how “picky” you are.

She helped my husband and I purchase our first home as a married couple. We then sold that home and have bought two other homes since then. Shaunda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the sale of my house. She was very easy to contact and always available to provide answers and solid suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale and show. She is extremely knowledgeable with the real-estate market and the process of selling a home. I was out of town for several days during the listing process and Shaunda continued to keep the process moving forward and keeping me updated. She listed my house the next day had an open house and in 4 days was able to get me a full price offer and take it to closing with no issues. This is my second time purchasing a property with Shaunda. She is extremely knowledgeable, worked diligently and professionally with a very difficult sellers realtor. She follow through with all parties throughout the entire process even after the closing when the sellers realtor was trying to create issues that didn't exist (seller's realtor got mine mixed up with another property). Throughout the process, Shaunda got the inspections completed timely, communicated with all the parties to ensure everything was done correctly despite issues with Sellers realtor not notifying them of inspection dates/times, and always goes above and beyond for her clients! I highly recommend her.
