Shauna is a phenomenal agent because she cares about her clients beyond just helping find a home. She was always available to talk through any and all details of the complicated process of buying a home, even helping with tasks outside of what she was responsible for. She made herself available at any time and was truly committed to ensuring we found our home. She knew exactly what we needed and worked fiercely to get it for us. Shauna thinks about every small touch to personalize the experience, which for us was having our crib set up in our soon-to-arrive baby’s room when we arrived to get keys. We didn’t even think buying a home was realistic for us in the season we’re in, but she gently and kindly nudged us to explore what could be feasible. If it weren’t for that, we’d be wasting money on a rental we didn’t love. Instead, we’re living in a home that we love that’s ours! Shauna made my first time buying a home a very enjoyable process! She was on top of new listings, made viewings fun, and had great communication. She went above and beyond, even figuring out what my monthly payments would be before walking in to a listing. Once I was ready to make an offer, she helped make sure it was fair and competitive, as well as appealing to the seller. From there, she kept me updated on all of the tasks, paperwork, inspections, etc. She worked closely with my loan originator to make sure everyone was on the same page, and we were even able to close 5 days early! I can't recommend Shauna enough. She has a huge heart, and genuinely wants you to be in the right home. She understands how big of a decision this is and won't pressure you or try to "sell" you. It was important for me to work with someone who was looking out for me, and she definitely did. A sweet bonus was my closing gift, and a request for decorating updates as I really make this place what I want it to be. I feel blessed to work with this team. When you aren't an expert yourself, you want the experts teaching, supporting, and guiding you to help you feel confident in such a huge purchase, and that was exactly my experience!

I met Shauna at an event and we immediately clicked; she is extremely personable and genuine and you can just feel her warmth and go-getter attitude.
