We were so nervous and anxious to buy our first home and I was dreading the whole process and having to work with a realtor. Everything changed the day I met Shauna. Shauna Burkhard will always be our Realtor of Choice! We contacted Shauna one weekend to look at a home or two. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted. They were complex in that we had a different lender for each one along with two separate Title companies. One home was a personal residence for us and the other an investment property. She coordinated both deals simultaneously and we were able to close them both on the same day. Shauna is always very pleasant and down to Earth. She is very proactive and her follow-up is excellent. She represents her clients effectively. Shauna closely monitors every deal each step of the way to ensure there are no glitches along the way. We recommend Shauna to all of our friends and family.
