Shaun was always available for questions and extremely quick to respond in negotiations. He provided several options that saved us money in the long run during closing. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy from the time we made our offer, even after the close. He has my highest recommendation if you are buying or selling in the Conejo Valley and Simi.
