Shaun took charge of selling our home. He reduced the stress in our lives tremendously. He personalized the marketing experience and used his market knowledge to find buyers. He had many open houses and made up a special flyer and distributed to potential buyers. He went above and beyond with every step of the transaction, and he made it a smooth process. He communicated with us on a regular basis. He made us a priority. There were a couple hiccups with our home near the end of the process, and he took care of them for us. We didn't even have to worry, because we knew he had it handled. We have had other agents and Shaun is by far the best we have ever had. We highly recommend him as an agent.Don't waste your time with others, just go to Shaun, right in the beginning. He knows the real estate business, and he knows people. He is very patient and kind, and he will walk through anything that you need to discuss... However many times you need to hear it.
