If you want professionalism, hire Shaun and/or his team "Team". Our house was sold in one day. The Team, staged it (Friday), held an open house (Saturday). I had 4 offers on Saturday night. The Team made my involvement of the sale easy. Any hick-ups during the process were handled by the Team but I was advised along the way. Shaun reached out whenever I was needed but for the most part, Shaun managed the hick-ups on the sale for me. I reviewed and signed documents for the sale of the house. From the initial call to Shaun that we were ready to sell our home, he came over and walked us through the process and thoroughly explained what to expect and what he and his team would do for us.
