Top Shelf Realtor - Sharon Zareski
Sharon sold our home in Fairfax, VA. It closed for $1,270,000 and my husband and I were extremely happy with that, but I have to share with you the relationship she formed with us. Sharon knew our house was large and unique as we had renovated a 600 sq. ft. cape cod style home built in the late 40's, into a 6,000 sq. ft., multi-level home on a builders' acre, located on Morningside Drive. It's an older neighborhood, and Ken and I being architects and builders, took the challenge and updated, built 3 additions, and integrated a large, lagoon swimming pool into the spectacular landscape view of parkland woods flanking it behind our property. It was stunning. Sharon began to research and understand all the circulation and rooms in the house, and then learned about all the intricate and special touches that we added. She knew she had her work cut out for her, and she got right to it with the production of a beautiful marketing brochure, and creating all the listings, and setting the sales price. Well, we sold the house within just a few weeks of the initial listing. The prospective buyers were thrilled with the prospect of buying the house and we worked out all the details. Of course there were things that Sharon had to negotiate with the other realtor and she did her job and got things worked out for us. She guided us through some sticky points. In the end - all were elated. But...
I must tell you the best part about working and getting to know Sharon on a personal level. She is one of the most wonderful people I think I've ever met in my life. She became like family to Ken and me. Ken had known her through business over the years, being a builder/developer. When I met her with the sale of our home in Fairfax, she came over and sat with us and from that time, I knew the sale was in excellent hands. Because, she cared and because she had the expertise. And, mostly, because she is just an solidly amazing person to work with, who is truly talented.
