It may be a cliché but a 5 Star rating doesn't appropriately capture the level of expertise, guidance, and support Sharon provided us in selling our existing home and helping us find our dream one. So that's what we'll try to do in this review! From our very first meeting, Sharon won us over with her confidence, charm, and spirit. She combined her peerless knowledge of the market with a clear understanding of our goals to walk us through an extremely stressful process with relative ease. I say "relative" because I know in the background Sharon was doing a lot of maneuvering to make the process as seamless as possible for us. Though we were not first time homeowners, Sharon opened our eyes to some key characteristics and features of both the houses we looked at and the town we've lived in that only a realtor would know This level of local knowledge made it immediately clear that we'd made the right choice. When it came to process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiations, Sharon truly opened our eyes as to how invaluable it was to have the right realtor guiding you through the process. Every text (and there were a lot of them!) was replied to immediately. Any nuanced question we posed was clearly and openly answered. All negotiations, whether it be about prices, inspection issues, etc.. were handled with a straight-forward and calm approach. Selling and buying a home during the time of the Pandemic could have been and should have been incredibly stressful. Though there were a couple of sleepless nights during the process, they were few and far between and I think that is the greatest compliment I can give.
