Sharon helped us both buy a new home and sell our old home. In our search for a new home we were looking in a very small community that didn’t have any homes for sale. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and by using her connections was able to find a house for us that wasn’t on the market. The sellers were a bit difficult but she went above and beyond to ensure the transaction was completed for us. For the sale of our old home she surprised us in recommending a sale price that was much higher than we had anticipated but we trusted her experience. She was very aggressive in her marketing with excellent photography and an extensive interactive walkthrough. If you need a full-service realtor, you can't do better than Sharon. We needed all the regular realtor expertise (comps, pricing advice, etc.) and she was great with all that and brings a lot of experience. But we also needed to do significant repairs to maximize value. Sharon advised on what to do and not to do, but went way beyond that. She helped find contractors, she helped manage and negotiate with contractors. At a critical time when we had to be out of town, she took over the oversight for awhile. At one point, she and her husband even went in and did some work themselves. She went well beyond any reasonable expectation of what a realtor will do for you. I cannot recommend Sharon too highly! She was very professional and worked very hard to make things easy for me when I was stressed. Never for a moment did I believe that she had anything but my best interest in mind, even when it might not have benefited her... She is candid about how to best show the property and has wonderful taste, but she can also walk into a home and immediately identify special features I would not have noticed and identify problems just as rapidly. It was such a gift to feel that I could trust her, even though i did not know her ahead of time. She went above and beyond, selling my house at full price for cash and even though it was a short 15 day escrow, she negotiated an additional 15 days that i could remain in the house. Fortunately, i did not need that additional time as she found me the perfect vision of my new house and she CLOSED THAT PROPERTY IN 5 DAYS! Even her escrow company was impressed that she was able to conclude the purchase in that short time period. The reason she was able to do that is the respect people have for her. Sharon has a number of EXCELLENT people such as House Inspectors, Landscaper/Gardeners, Handymen, Movers and Escrow personnel who I witnessed went above and beyond for her in amazingly short time frames. I consider Sharon compared to other real estate agents as far superior. I have had some experience in buying and selling houses.
