Sharon helped us both buy a new home and sell our old home. In our search for a new home we were looking in a very small community that didn’t have any homes for sale. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and by using her connections was able to find a house for us that wasn’t on the market. The sellers were a bit difficult but she went above and beyond to ensure the transaction was completed for us. For the sale of our old home she surprised us in recommending a sale price that was much higher than we had anticipated but we trusted her experience. She was very aggressive in her marketing with excellent photography and an extensive interactive walkthrough. As a result of her efforts the house sold on the second day on the market for the full asking price. My wife and I would highly recommend Sharon for either buying or selling a property. You will not be disappointed. She sold our house for its maximum value and found us our dream home in an area without any homes for sale. I can’t say enough good things about her.
