**Posting this on behalf of my mom. My daughter found Sharon online. I decided to choose her due to her excellent performance and the way she analyzed the market, including how to set the selling house price. Our case is unique in that the house is owned by my two daughters who don’t live there. I was the one living in the house and dealt with all the preparations, but the paper work was dealt by my two daughters. I was constantly worried about what to do, and Sharon was patient – guiding me through all the preparations. The house was on the market for about 3 weeks, and we received 16 offers. After another 2 weeks, we completed the sale at over 5% of our selling price. There is no doubt Sharon did an excellent job, but the most important thing is how kind and patient she was throughout the process. I loved my home and after selling it, I got very emotional.
