From the moment I first spoke to Sharon I felt very comfortable working with her. She is very personable and knows Tierra Verde very well, since I did not live in town Sharon was able to email me many properties that I would be interested in. When I finally met Sharon I was very impressed with her personality she is very sincere and she was able to schedule all the listing I provided to her in one day. She provided a lot of good information about each property and was very thorough with each viewing. When I was ready to make my offer on a property, Sharon was quick to respond and provided great guidance for the offer process. The offer was accepted on the same day.
