From the moment I first spoke to Sharon I felt very comfortable working with her. She is very personable and knows Tierra Verde very well, since I did not live in town Sharon was able to email me many properties that I would be interested in. When I finally met Sharon I was very impressed with her personality she is very sincere and she was able to schedule all the listing I provided to her in one day. She provided a lot of good information about each property and was very thorough with each viewing. When I was ready to make my offer on a property, Sharon was quick to respond and provided great guidance for the offer process. The offer was accepted on the same day. Thank you Sharon for your hard work. Sharon referred me to local banker to assist me with my home loan and what a great referral, the loan process went very smoothly. Sharon was very proactive from start to finish, I could not have done this without her help!!! She was really helpful about making sure I understood each step of the process and was so helpful from assisting with the inspection to the final walk through.
