I found Sharon online being a realtor who doesn't mind working with investor. Being a rookie investor, I didn't really know what to expect and thought about getting townhouse for my first rental due to low budget. Sharon respected my wish lists at the same time educate me about the challenges on getting townhouse for rental versus single family home. We almost closed on a unit with high HOA fee but then I realized after crunching some numbers, it didn't really make sense. So we took her advice by started looking for single family home. She said it will be a tall order considering my low budget, so we expanded our search and long story short Sharon delivered and beyond. She's very responsive and very dedicated. After 3 months of looking different option of homes, neighborhoods and choosing between fixer upper or turnkey, her patience and experiences landed us on our first rental property which is on budget, and pretty much turnkey. Along the process I learned a lot from her, Sharon also provided great referral for mortgage broker. Overall we are very happy and satisfied to have Sharon on our team.
