Sharon Brown

Sharon Brown was very patient with us as we had to finalize a legal document before being able to list the property. She stayed in contact with me but never pushed to get the property on the market as soon as possible. Sharon also kept an eye on the market and recommended increasing the asking price from what we originally agreed upon. This turned out to be a terrific recommendation as we were able to sell the property in three days at an amount exceeding the new asking price. I found Sharon to be very professional with a great grasp on the market. She was very active in the pre-sale activity which I'm sure was a great help to the quick sale. Sharon also provided recommendations on a couple of things that we needed to do before listing the property which were outside the scope of her work. I will definitely use Sharon for future real estate needs, whether it be for purchase or sale, as she showed her professional capability, knowledge of the market and understanding of our needs while being readily available and easy to work with.
