Sharon Barnes sold us a home Sept 24, 2021. She was amazing. Hard and smart worker. Where do I start? Sharon was 9 months pregnant when we met. Sharon and I met 4 days before closing for the second inspection. Per Sharon her baby was 10 days old. Above and beyond the calling, I define her as high expectations, fully committed to the project. Sharon not only pampered her newborn baby; but, she pampered us by going above and beyond for the inspection process (not stating but you know what you did to reassure us the clients. Thanks.) As soon as the homes hit the market, Sharon informed us and was ready to show us the property the same day. She did this several times. Sharon words to me, " settle with the house you love". Sharon was very thorough and informative throughout the buying process. My spouse and I were moving from Arizona to Georgia for a military move and were unable to travel to our destination to look at houses. Sharon did virtual walkthrough of all the houses we were interested in and gave us valuable information about the house, location, and surrounding area.
