From the first point of contact Sharon always made us feel like a priority. We PCS'd from Texas to the CSRA and were not physically present until AFTER closing on our new construction home. Sharon showed us multiple different communities with different builders within our time frame of arrival. Sharon was very honest about the surrounds, school districts, commutes, etc. Sharon attended all of the meetings with the builders and inspectors on multiple occasions. At our final inspection Sharon pointed out cosmetic flaws that we were unable to see through facetime. Our closing day was a bit rocky due to the builder not being prepared to close. However, Sharon spent the WHOLE DAY dealing with the builder to ensure everything would be taken care and we were able to close on time at the end of that business day. My favorite thing Sharon did for us was coming by the house every other week and providing us with lots of pictures and videos of the progress of our home. Aside from the real estate, Sharon is a wife/mother and was able to provide us advice on fun things to do as a family, date night recommendations, pediatricians, OBGYN's, school districts, safe neighborhoods, etc. Overall, our experience with Sharon exceeded all expectations we had, and I would recommend her over and over again!

Sharon is super easy to reach, loves her trade, & listens to you. She asks the right questions and won't give up on finding "the one" for you. She knows the market so she won't be shy to coach you.
