This was the best experience I've ever had with an agent. Shar held my hand through the entire process, plus helped me find a rental which she didn't have to do. Going through something so stressful is very difficult for me, but she assured me that everything was going to be ok the entire time. I'm truly thankful for all the help that her and Nick offered me.
