Shar Prakash of eXP realty is the best!
I selected Sharlyn Prakash of eXP Realty based on my positive experience with her husband, Nick Liesenfeld, who previously assisted me in selling my deceased aunt's car. From our initial meeting, I was confident that Shar was the right choice to sell my aunt's house in Concord, Ca. As the estate executor, I faced the daunting task of selling the property, disposing of belongings, and managing the entire process. Shar and Nick presented a comprehensive plan encompassing furniture removal, house cleaning, staging, and a detailed timeline. Other realtors we had interviewed hadn't done half of the market research and pre-planning she had done. She had the answers to all of our questions!
Shar efficiently took charge, overseeing the cleaning and removal of old furniture and scheduling all the inspections, which allowed me to focus on other matters without being physically present. The house transformed into a clean, bright, modern space in just two weeks. Everyone in the family was amazed! Shar's dedication and hands-on approach were evident as she hosted back-to-back weekend open houses, ultimately leading to a fantastic offer in less than a month!
Throughout the process, Shar proved to be a superstar realtor and an amazing person. She maintained daily communication. She helped me navigate inspection reports and provided updates on house viewings and traffic. Shar guided me through the paperwork seamlessly. Her responsiveness, patience, and genuine care for my husband, me, and my late aunt made the entire experience smoother and less stressful.
Shar went above and beyond by securing the lowest quote for furniture removal and undertaking numerous other tasks without additional charges. Her commitment and willingness to assist lifted a significant burden off my shoulders. I am truly grateful to have met Shar and Nick, who exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and dedication.
When my husband and I are ready to buy our own home, I will turn to Shar again.
