Sharlene was a top-notch professional right from the start. My brother (who did the vetting of Sharlene and another Realtor) said she not only answered all of his questions during their first meeting, but brought up things he hadn't even thought of. Once we told her we wanted to work with her, she immediately got to work, doing an in-depth analysis of similar homes for sale in the area (including attending several open houses), helping us find resources for carpet cleaning and painting and staging, scheduling outdoor drone shots, putting together the listing info, contacting the HOA... so many details that we didn't have to worry about! And she was our advocate when some of the work we'd hired was taking longer than expected, pushing on our behalf to get it done. She was highly communicative and responsive, and let us know in advance when she would be unavailable (which was seldom!). She gave detailed reports after the two open houses she held, describing the parties who'd come through and which ones seemed most interested, and followed up on the latter. Once we had an interested buyer, Sharlene helped us quickly find resources to address some unexpected concerns. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process, and were confident that we were in excellent hands.

Sharlene was great! Her experience and knowledge led to a seamless process to sell (and buy) our home. She consulted with us or her colleagues to ensure that any updates were made if needed and that our home was in the best condition for the new owners. We would highly recommend her and her team.
