A valuable skill I learned in my early 20's was hard work and perseverance as I began a career in business, working my way up, while also earning a bachelors degree in business administration.
Upon graduation, I continued an upward trajectory in Corporate Human Resources, during which I was nominated by senior executives and accepted into an intensive 18-month leadership development program as a result of my high performance. I was admired for my ability to execute and communicate effectively with warmth, while being a trusted professional for executives and employees alike and making me approachable by many. These qualities made for an easy transition into real estate, allowing me to service my clients efficiently and effectively and more importantly, making the home buying and selling process a smooth one.
