Great Experience with Shari Springer

I had the best experience with Shari as my realtor. Shari sold my Henderson home during a challenging time of high interest rates and the threat of rising inflation. She only charged 1% commission but I felt that I received service at least as good if not better than I’ve received from 3% realtors in the past. Shari listed my home on the front page of the Las Vegas review journal twice. Her team assisted with some minor repairs I needed. She was present for the home inspection as well as the home appraisal to assure things went smoothly. She provided knowledgeable guidance on what to do with the inspection findings. I was out of town for several weeks while the home was on the market, and she had someone on her team go by the house at least once a week to check on things. The closing actually occurred while I was out of town and she arranged to have a notary come to my location to sign the final paperwork. Selling a home can be stressful, and it was great to have someone like Shari to look after my interests and provide reassurement along the way.
