Shari advertised my home on-line and in printed color catalogs of Homes For Sale, that I did not even know existed. Putting our home ad on the front page of the Review-Journal certainly attracted attention, and was not expected. And then, after many showings and open houses, an offer came in at the listing price!! Shari patiently walked us through the closing process, and it closed with minimal paperwork problems. Her experience showed us the right way to do it, and it went much smoother than we expected.
