Buying a home from out of the area can be a stress inducing experience. Working with Shari helped minimize any stress associated, and I would even go as far as saying she made the process seamless. My wife and I flew out in advance, Shari provided tours of potential neighborhoods to help us narrow down potential areas, and conducted video tours of listings we were interested in. Shari helped coordinate everything from inspections, contractors, document signing and recommendations for personal items following the move (doctors, schools, etc.). Hello All, I met Shari Peck at an Open House in Highlands Ranch the Fall of 2019, I really enjoyed visiting with her and felt a repor with her. My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a property, but also looking to put my condo on the market. I called her several weeks later, and met with her to discuss her representing and selling my condo . She was very helpful and suggested ideas to make my condo look great and to sell quickly. One thing that was important for me to do was declutter, which I did and it made a difference. She made it comfortable and an easy staging n process. My condo sold, I got what I wanted , and closed in a timely manner. My boyfriend and I then moved forward with Shari's help in finding a house for us. I was a bit obsessed in looking online at for sale properties and came along this great find in Aurora, it was a Friday and to make a LONG STORY SHORT, we looked at it on Saturday and made an offer and started the process. It was a bit stressful for my boyfriend and I being this was our first home buying and mortgage experience, but thanks to Shari it was a good experience. Shari was a godsend for us! After my mother-in-law passed away suddenly, we had a million details to deal with, including preparing her home for sale and ultimately selling it....all while living a thousand miles away. Shari helped connect us with reliable local vendors and gave us great advice on the right places to invest in fixing up and cleaning the home, as well as sending us pictures and coordinating entry to the property during the work. We really could not have gotten through such a tough and emotional time without her support. It was such a relief to have someone local and saved us literally thousands in travel and missed work to not have to come out and do this on our own. She also helped negotiate a good price, and the details of closing. Our buyer ended up being a little "difficult" and she represented us well, and helped ensure all loose ends were resolved and we closed on time.
