Shari Peck is the real estate agent of your dreams! Buying a house, or selling a house, is an exciting and emotional process. Doing both simultaneously is challenging to juggle. Shari smoothed so many rough spots for me, even fixing drama from the sale of my out of state home when the agent there dropped the ball! She focused on our needs & parameters and didn’t waste our time showing us homes which didn’t fit our requirements. Our lender let an important paper drop through the cracks, which was going to leave us in homeless limbo over Thanksgiving week. Another "thing" my Wife and I appreciated. Shari had the ability to be able to know when to interject her thoughts & opinions, and when to let my Wife & I express ours. That comes from her unique personality and her experience. It was a trait greatly appreciated by Us. She went out of Her way to help Us find the "perfect" Home, which was at times a frustrating experience. Since we were from out of state, arranging dates to travel and look at Houses was a challenge. A full price offer in two days should be all that needs to be said about Shari’s skill as a realtor, however, as she said to me then, her job just started at that point. She was so effective at helping us through what turned out to be a quite stressful concurrent closing on our home in Colorado, and our new home in California. She helped us keep track of all the details we needed to know, helped us understand the process, and most importantly helped us keep things on track an in perspective throughout. The fact that she had experience in California, and Arizona, prior to that, really added tremendous value in a this across state lines move.
