Shari was very helpful from the get go from the first tour of the property until the end at closing. If she didn't know something right off the top of her head she knew exactly who to ask and was always very prompt in answering all of my questions (I had a lot as a first time home buyer). She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. What seemed to be an intimidating process was made much easier, especially as there were a number of things that were negotiated for (state of the property, cleanliness, closing costs, and of course the final sale price). Shari did a fantastic job of helping me secure my first home with minimal fuss and was a great boon through the whole process. The personalized gift basket at closing was a great touch to cap off a wonderful experience!
