I was NOT looking forward to buying a home at all, but I knew it was the best thing to do. I was really afraid to get into the whole racket, and I went in not trusting ANYONE. Shari was recommended to me, and I went into it blindly, not knowing what to expect. In the very first meeting she put me at ease with her clear and professional way of getting to know me and my wants and needs. Everything moved very quickly, as I saw something I wanted on the very first day. Under Shari's guidance, I was able to put down a bid the very next day, and have it accepted the following day - and mine was not even the highest bid. Shari will steer you in the right direction with many small and subtle details which will help you seal the deal. Throughout the escrow there were some snags and headaches with underwriters and such, and I really don't know how I would have navigated it all if it weren't for Shari. We were connected night and day, and I could always reach out to her and receive a quick response no matter what the issue. (As I am unable to communicate during my working hours, we had to communicate many times at strange hours.) Now that it is all done and everything was very successful -- exceeding even my highest expectations - I have not only gained a great realtor for any future investments, but I have also gained a friend. I have already recommended her to others.

She is so hard working and dedicated to her clients. We communicated for over 6 months and even after closing on our dream home she still checks in and helps out!!
