Sharaun Covell has excellent communication skill and market knowledge. She has managed the entire process very well for me and I was able to sell my home in a timely manner at a market price.

I waited to write this review, because I wanted time to reflect and calm myself. Sharaun spoke in-depth about expecting her clients to show loyalty; and, in return, she would show commitment, dedication, and go the extra mile. She said that the sale of my home was "her baby" and that she would be highly involved. The extra mile never appeared. If not for me watering the plant she placed at the front door, it surely would have died. When the sale went pending, it took several days before the pending sign was placed on the post. After the sale, I waited many days but the sold sign was never placed on the post. Over a week went by, and finally I drove the wooden post and electronic key container down to Eagle; because no one came to retrieve them. Alas, by far the worst part was the closing. After promising to be present at closing, she did not show up. She did call me to say that she couldn't make it to closing, because the title company does not allow more than the sellers in the room due to Covid-19 concerns. When I asked the guy responsible for my closing documents, if she would have been allowed in the room, he told me that they allow the agents and sellers to be present for closing. When I asked him if my agent had contacted him, he said yes. When I asked if she gave any reasons why she could not attend, he stated that she told him she had another appointment on her schedule. So, which was the truth? Covid-19 concerns, or a more pressing appointment? Loyalty, commitment, and dedication are words that, without follow-through, are pure unadulterated poppycock.
