Top-notch agent!

Shar has been great throughout the transaction. She is very friendly, professional, encouraging and always had suggestions when things didn't seem to go right on the other side. She was able to provide great ideas in order to beat out other multiple offers on this purchase. She is a top-notch agent that will always be my #1 choice.
