We can’t say enough good about our experience with Shantel. Her knowledge of the market conditions helped us tremendously with the sale of our home. Her communication skills were above par as she kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. You definitely won’t be disappointed. She’s very sincere and helps ease any worries that you may have. We can’t thank her enough for all that she did for us!
Shantel was very supportive and very friendly. The house was in a 55 year old age minimum community. She was able to overcome all obstacles and get the house sold and closed on a timely basis. Her accessibility was amazing putting us the client first and help educate us on many pieces we needed to add into the contract. We highly recommend Shantel as you agent to buy or sell a home!
Shantel has been walking the journey of the sale of our home for quite some time. She was patient, knowledgeable and was able to help us beyond being a realtor. She is a blessing.
Selling a home can be such a stressful time! We were so lucky to have Shantel for our realtor, she took care of everything!! We did not have to stress any of the details. Shantel cares about her clients, she is very knowledgeable! We highly recommend her!
Shantel hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
