I cannot count our blessings not just for having Shanta as a Realtor, but as what I will consider a lifelong friend. I am 52 years old, and I can say with confidence customer service is generally not what it used to be... Shanta is an extraordinary exception. I simply will not remember everything she did for us, including numerous times we asked for assistance with issues that had nothing to do with her job. We moved from Rhode Island to Florida and utilized Shanta as our eyes to purchase our home from 1300 miles away. Every time we shared a home we might be interested in she was there with videos to show us the next day. When we made our decision, we had to ship two cars... she happily received them and kept them parked in the front of her home for two weeks until we could pick them up. When things went awry with just about every step of the sale of our home in Rhode Island, she went above and beyond from Florida to step in and assist in any way she could. Shanta set up and paid for a professional cleaner to come into our home before we even moved in. She was an invaluable resource for many needs locally in Florida, including schooling, cleaning, furniture, home and auto insurance, and more. As I stated, I have probably forgotten more than I remember when it comes to what Shanta did for us every step of the way, but I will never forget that we would not be here in our Florida home if it was not for her! It was a great overall experience. Great market knowledge, professional, honest, caring, and hardworking. Got my property sold fairly quick for what we wanted. She went the extra mile to make everything as smooth as possible. Property advertising was great. Would recommend to anyone who wants their property sold.
