Let me start this out by saying Shanon was the best realtor we have ever had. She went above and beyond our expectations. We were moving from the Seattle area to Jacksonville, and she was very quick to respond to all of our concerns during the buying process. She knows the different areas of Jacksonville very well, and was able to help us find the best neighborhood for our family. Absolutely amazing! I was teamed up with Shannon through a program with Navy Federal. She contacted within 24 hours and wanted to meet to get to know what my interests were on buying a home and she wanted to be able to tell me more about the whole process. This was my first time buying a home and I had tons of questions. She was able to answer any question that I had plus offer advice along the way. We looked at several homes together and she always was positive to work with. She kept inside my budget along with my style. I tried working with others and was extremely disappointed.
