Where do I even start? Shanon has been our realtor both when we bought and when we sold. Months before we were ready to buy she did the legwork and showed us exactly what areas had what we were looking for. She kept us in budget and at times even under budget. We knew all of our options as far as new build or not new build. In the end we bought a home that was perfect for us and even in a desirable school zone! This year we sold that exact same home! Could not have been more pleased. Advise was right and I followed her suggestions. Home was listed on a Thursday and was under contract several days later for a little more then the asking price. Again I think it was as a result for following her advise. Would recommend using her to anyone who asks.
