Where do I even start? Shanon has been our realtor both when we bought and when we sold. Months before we were ready to buy she did the legwork and showed us exactly what areas had what we were looking for. She kept us in budget and at times even under budget. We knew all of our options as far as new build or not new build. In the end we bought a home that was perfect for us and even in a desirable school zone! This year we sold that exact same home! Shanon was on point! Months before we were even on market she walked through and we had a meeting about what types of things we could do to help us get top dollar. She checked up and any questions we had about any of her notes, we could call or text and ask about it. A few weeks before the house went live, we sat down and planned the best day to go live. She had a stager and a professional photographer come in so that the house was picture perfect! As a result our house sold very quickly and we did indeed get top top dollar! We cannot recommend her enough!

As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and Shannon was always their to answer our questions! She was quick and honest. She also made sure we were taken care of and that we had everything we needed. She made a very stressful situation so much easier!

She is not just a realtor and fierce negotiator she is a wife, a mother, a friend…a person and that makes her relate to each one of her clients on a personal level. Your dream becomes hers and that drives her to make it happen. She thinks out of the box when it comes to negotiations but when it comes to the contract and bottom line she has you covered there too. You can absolutely trust she is getting the absolute best for you. I would recommend her to anyone hands down. There is no one like her!!
