Shannon took me on as a client when my FSBO endeavor was wearing on me. She approached me by phone and explained how she could help. We met at the property and after having been courted by so many seller agents prior to our meeting, I knew she was the one. I was selling my childhood home FSBO by way of a POA for my 91 year old father. It was a very unique and very large 1965 home that he had built himself so it was very custom to the time it was built and had not ever been renovated. She took that as a challenge.
