She did not let me get discouraged when I didn't win the bid on something and always looked out for my best interests! Shannon is the most patient and thoughtful realtor you'll find! She was willing to wait a few weeks for us to get our home ready to sell and in the meantime she immediately began showing us houses we could move into. She took note of all the things we wanted in a home and she stopped at nothing to find us exactly what we wanted. The goal was to find a home, as well as sell our home, in a time frame that would make it possible to close near or at the same time on both homes. She managed to do just that! We closed on both homes the same day! She worked tirelessly and answered all of our questions (and boy did we have a lot of those). She is also great when it comes to families with children! My kids really liked her! I recommend her to everyone I meet!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars all the way!!!!

I'm very happy with my buying experience with Shannon. When we first started our buying journey, she was very attentive to our wants and needs in a home. She was very prompt in contacting us when a potential home came on the market. She makes you feel very comfortable went working with her and is very approachable whenever we had any questions or concerns. If she didn't know the answer right away, she always looked into it to try to either find out the answer or direct you to the appropriate person who could answer the question. Overall, very happy with working with Shannon and will use her again for any real estate needs!
Shannon went above and beyond for us. Her suggestions and experience helped us to make informed decisions that sold our 170 year old home in under a month. She also managed to keep our stress levels in check and developed quick resolutions to any hurdles that came up in closing. When dealing with title agencies, surveyors, inspectors, banks and other realtors, you need a good agent; especially when you now live 100 miles away. Overall Shannon is an amazing agent! She's very knowledgeable. If I had a question she knew the answer and would explain, I didn't always understand but she'd try to explain so I understood. If she didn't know the answer she'd find it and get back to me about it. She was very responsive with me. Working with Shannon there's no doubt that she's done this for awhile. She's there for you from beginning to end, she doesn't leave you hanging or second guessing. Through my process of buying a house I attempted 2 now she never shied down from helping me. She would start helping again as if I didn't stop for almost a year. In my process I had another realtor try to help as well and they just made me unsure of many things. We would finish a viewing and leave me with many questions that they just didn't know the answers to like year house was built, or like roof replacement, if the house has AC or not, etc. Just made me think that they didn't read up on it before the time of appointment. I tried 3 times with this person and just thought "Shannon has always shown me that she knows what she's doing and talking about.. I have to get ahold of her." If anything needed done in this process like certain people to get ahold of she'd ask if I had anybody while she already had a list ready to help take care of it. So needless to say if I was to do this again I'd go back to Shannon. I would highly recommend her to anyone that asks me for realtor advice, as I've already done.

Shannon and I went over every thing that I would like to see in my first home prior to us even going through any properties. She knew exactly what I wanted and my priorities, as well as areas I was more flexible on---she took all of these in to account when we went to view houses. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and comfortable to work with---making the entire process as stress-free and smooth as possible.
