Shannon is the most patient and thoughtful realtor you'll find! She was willing to wait a few weeks for us to get our home ready to sell and in the meantime she immediately began showing us houses we could move into. She took note of all the things we wanted in a home and she stopped at nothing to find us exactly what we wanted. The goal was to find a home, as well as sell our home, in a time frame that would make it possible to close near or at the same time on both homes. She managed to do just that! We closed on both homes the same day! She worked tirelessly and answered all of our questions (and boy did we have a lot of those). She is also great when it comes to families with children! I'm very happy with my buying experience with Shannon. When we first started our buying journey, she was very attentive to our wants and needs in a home. She was very prompt in contacting us when a potential home came on the market. She makes you feel very comfortable went working with her and is very approachable whenever we had any questions or concerns. If she didn't know the answer right away, she always looked into it to try to either find out the answer or direct you to the appropriate person who could answer the question.
