She heard what I said I was looking for and recommended options that were aligned to my wants. I found the right house on day 2. Once I went under contract, she was extremely helpful with providing me information from the builder, and even going to the house on a few occasions to provide me with information like measurements for appliances and windows, meter numbers foe electricity and gas set up. She even met a contractor there so he could see the space and give me a quote before I got back in town. Shannon was more than an agent in my process. She was a true partner. Shannon and I met almost a year ago when I was in the area. I returned to Chico CA where I had lived for 30+ years thinking that I might like to return to my home state. We kept in close touch during the intervening time, watching the homes come and go as I went from thinking about it to selling my house to moving to Waterville. I had been looking in Perrysburg and Maumee. Shannon mentioned Waterville to which I expanded my search. There I found a historic house in the downtown area. We toured it via Zoom. I looked up Waterville online, decided I liked it and based on her judgement, made an offer which was accepted. I love the house and the town. It truly is a perfect fit for me.
