Shannon was always pleasant and professional. Communication was pretty good. I am very familiar with the real estate market and process of buying and selling. Shannon seemed knowledgeable, but didn't seem to do a lot in the way of finding properties for us. Ultimately, we found the house we wanted ourselves. Shannon did the paperwork, but was MIA once the paperwork was completed. We haven't heard from her since.
Shannon was great to work with. She was patient with us and showed us many houses. She also was proactive in sending us houses in which she thought we would be interested before they even came on the market. She is friendly, and cares about her clients.

I was a home buyer from out of town, so to help cut the commute to an from town looking at houses, she did live zoom calls going to the properties I was interested, which was helpful on my end. She helped me through the process on closing listing itemized steps through an app and what to expect and what you need to know. Also, with me being from out of town, she provided me names of people that would assist me with carpet installation, handymen, contractors, and help me set up utility and heat transfer into my new house. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor to help me through this process. Highly recommended
