She is a calm individual which lent peace and stability to the whole process. She was quick to connect when we needed her and was willing to go out of her way to accommodate us. She drove an hour later one evening to show us a home. She explained heating systems, types of roofing, water pumps, etc. and their benefits and costs. She noticed and pointed out important details that we would have overlooked in the initial process. She kept an eye out for and suggested houses she thought would be a good fit and let us know when something came open. She connected seamlessly with several other family members who joined in the house hunting process. She had great communication with several other agents and followed through when we had questions for the sellers. We worked together for several months so we truly trusted her to be our voice in the process. She made sure she understood where I was coming from so she could. Shannon knew what kinds of repairs might be needed in each space. She was efficient at letting us know time-wise when each step of the housing process would occur. She knew what kinds of steps to take when negotiating and placing bids and always answered our questions thoroughly. I trusted her and her insight throughout the process. If I were to buy a house again, I would go straight to her. She is dependable, a listener, and so very knowledgeable.

Shannon was available at all times during every part of the home buying process from viewing homes to answering specific questions on closing processes and recommendations on inspection repair negotiations.

Shannon coordinated with contractors to fix any issues that came up after we moved a few hours away to keep our sale on track. Any questions we had were answered quickly and directly. We worked with Shannon twice and will do again if moving back to the area.

Very knowledgeable of the market, the work going into the houses, mechanicals, everything. It was refreshing to work with some who truly knew what was going on and could answer all sorts of different questions. Highly recommend!
