She made buying a home in FL, while living in KY, as smooth of a process as possible for me & approached everything with my best interest in mind. From meeting HVAC workers at my condo to let them in for cleaning, to posting furniture left behind on FB marketplace and arranging pick up, to making sure I had the right coverage when it came to condo & flood insurance. She made sure to keep me updated and checked in regularly throughout the process. Shannon has continued to assist me even after my closing date and I am so very thankful to have had her help on this journey! Truly, the best & would 110% recommend her if buying a home in Florida.
