We just purchased a home in Palm Bay Florida. Shannon was our eyes and ears as we were not familiar with the area, coming from New England. I can’t say enough about how seamless our experience was with Shannon and her team! She showed us about a dozen places between Melbourne and Palm Bay, all within a week’s time. Something that we could not have managed alone. Prior to us coming to Florida, Shannon would visit the places we were interested in and would take videos and send them to us in real time and could discuss anything about the house right then and there! Shannon was a God send for our family!! Not just because she found us the perfect place for the perfect price, she is just an honest, hard working, conscientious professional and a genuinely caring person! I have purchased several homes over the years but I have to say that she is hands down the best Real Estate person I have ever done business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
