Shannon is a very valuable member of any team be her working with another realtor and you as a as a seller or in a situation where she is strictly I’m sure on her own. Anyone who is fortunate enough to acquire Shannon services have top drawer particularly if there’s someone that’s out of area, she takes the worry away from you. She puts you at ease and she has an eye for what works.

As a long distance seller living in Hillsboro county and sell in Brevard was not a easy task however with a over the top TEAM it was done in record time I can’t began to Thank Shannon McLoren and Lisa Ramsey for being as supportive and focused as they were.

Shannon has excellent communication skills. Explained realty documents & contracts in full detail on my knowledge level. Gave me the confidence to sell my house at a much higher list price than other realtor's had tried to influence me to do. Kept in constant contact with status updates weekly. She has extensive resources to get your home out in the market to reach home buyer's from all over the United States. She invested in a Homes.com boost - paid marketing upgrade designed to increase a property's visibility & sell faster for more money. This kept my home listing coming up to the top of for sale searches & kept the listing reoccurring during online searches on sites like Zillow.com. My home decorating skills were very plain. I felt staging my home would be too much work but Shannon really made it fun. We worked together collaborating various furniture staging ideas for each room giving potential buyer's the ability to see the house's full potential. It turned out amazing. She's got the best photographer too. I truly believe Shannon's staging & professional realtor skills and sales resources helped my house sell very quickly in a time when home sales were low due to rising interest rates. If you're ready to sell your home meet with Shannon and you'll see what a truly amazing realtor she really is and how she takes all the stress away making selling your house a positive uplifting experience.

Sharon was very aware of our house was worth and and God is what we wanted and she was very easy and pleasant to work with

Shannon was an absolutely amazing agent. She was always patient and understood our needs. Shannon really took the lead in every aspect that she needed to and let us take our time looking for the right property. No pressure sales. We highly recommend Shannon to help you find the home of your dreams too! Thanks again Shannon!!

We just recently purchased a home in the Palm Bay Fl area. Shannon McLoren was our realtor agent. I can’t say enough about our great experience from start to finish. Shannon and her financial team were great! Shannon went above and beyond for us during this process. Coming from New England we did not know the Melbourne/Palm Bay area but always heard great things. Shannon was quick to respond to all of our wishes and needs throughout the entire process. Shannon would actually go the homes of interested and FaceTime us during her visit! We could see everything and ask questions in real time! If not for Shannon and strong drive to please and her great organization skills we could have never been able to these homes in a weeks time frame, as this was the only time we had and we saw a dozen homes!! Shannon was a God send! Not just because she found us the perfect home for a perfect price, but she is a true professional, honest and a genuinely good individual, that truly cares about her clients! Highly recommend!!!

We just purchased a home in Palm Bay Florida. Shannon was our eyes and ears as we were not familiar with the area, coming from New England. I can’t say enough about how seamless our experience was with Shannon and her team! She showed us about a dozen places between Melbourne and Palm Bay, all within a week’s time. Something that we could not have managed alone. Prior to us coming to Florida, Shannon would visit the places we were interested in and would take videos and send them to us in real time and could discuss anything about the house right then and there! Shannon was a God send for our family!! Not just because she found us the perfect place for the perfect price, she is just an honest, hard working, conscientious professional and a genuinely caring person! I have purchased several homes over the years but I have to say that she is hands down the best Real Estate person I have ever done business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Trying to sell our house in another state in NE was challenging enough, but we also found Shannon. We wanted to be in the Melbourne area because my mom and sister live there. We were fortunate enough that we found something in her neighborhood which I had visited once before. It was very exciting that the house came up for sale because it's not very often they do in that area. We were putting all of our trust in her to be our eyes and ears while we were not there. She took videos. She was in touch with us every day and we made an offer. She said hold on. I'm gonna do one better for you. I'm going to try to get your house with a new roof since we knew we may have a problem insuring the house with the roof that was a bit older.. Well the sellers decided to do that for us for the price we negotiated!! Putting our trust in her was the best thing we could've ever done because she took care of everything while we were not in the state. I can't thank her enough for what she has done to make this experience buying in Florida the best it could be. She's the most trustworthy real estate person I have ever had to work with and she's my neighbor now. Because she knows there are many realtors out there, she goes above and beyond what a realtor does! And you can tell she loves what she does. Best possible experience!

I had my Home listed with two other agents before, but Shannon was the one who finally sold it. She knew exactly what to do bringing staging in that transformed my home and holding open houses that attracted serious buyers thanks to her efforts. I received a full price offer Shannon was professional, proactive and truly cared about getting the job done.
