We just recently purchased a home in the Palm Bay Fl area. Shannon McLoren was our realtor agent. I can’t say enough about our great experience from start to finish. Shannon and her financial team were great! Shannon went above and beyond for us during this process. Coming from New England we did not know the Melbourne/Palm Bay area but always heard great things. Shannon was quick to respond to all of our wishes and needs throughout the entire process. Shannon would actually go the homes of interested and FaceTime us during her visit! We could see everything and ask questions in real time! If not for Shannon and strong drive to please and her great organization skills we could have never been able to these homes in a weeks time frame, as this was the only time we had and we saw a dozen homes!! Shannon was a God send! Not just because she found us the perfect home for a perfect price, but she is a true professional, honest and a genuinely good individual, that truly cares about her clients!
