Trustworthy in every respect

Trying to sell our house in another state in NE was challenging enough, but we also found Shannon. We wanted to be in the Melbourne area because my mom and sister live there. We were fortunate enough that we found something in her neighborhood which I had visited once before. It was very exciting that the house came up for sale because it's not very often they do in that area. We were putting all of our trust in her to be our eyes and ears while we were not there. She took videos. She was in touch with us every day and we made an offer. She said hold on. I'm gonna do one better for you. I'm going to try to get your house with a new roof since we knew we may have a problem insuring the house with the roof that was a bit older.. Well the sellers decided to do that for us for the price we negotiated!! Putting our trust in her was the best thing we could've ever done because she took care of everything while we were not in the state. I can't thank her enough for what she has done to make this experience buying in Florida the best it could be. She's the most trustworthy real estate person I have ever had to work with and she's my neighbor now. Because she knows there are many realtors out there, she goes above and beyond what a realtor does! And you can tell she loves what she does. Best possible experience!
