Shannon was absolutely terrific! We were out of state buyers coming into a very hot seller's market. Shannon knew the area extremely well. When we were looking for homes she had the foresight to pack us a lunch knowing that my time was limited as an out of state buyer. She pre-viewed homes for us while we were in Texas and sent us videos and photos with a commentary about what she saw. She was able to help line up all of the professionals that we needed to make the deal happen. In addition to that, she helped to smooth over a very difficult situation with a neighbor that was almost a deal breaker. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to represent our interests. I can't imagine using a different realtor other than Shannon Manning in the North Salt Lake / Bountiful area. She is fabulous!!!

What a great experience! Shannon and her partner John were remarkably easy to work with and so helpful through the whole selling process - which didn't last very long! Because of their prep work and major marketing push, we had a highly successful opening on the market with multiple showings as soon as the house was listed and a phenomenal open house. All the marketing efforts Shannon did resulted in 4 legitimate offers in a couple of days! We had a signed offer and a backup offer in a 4 days. She also worked through all the post offer hassles for us as we went through apprisal and inspection, always keeping us well informed. Shannon Manning is a great realtor. She worked very hard and made us feel we were her top priority. She held two open houses, sent neighborhood flyers, and used her marketing knowledge and out of the box strategies to sell our home in two weeks! Her personal touch of keeping us informed after every showing was so encouraging . We truly felt she was with and for us through it all! We will definitely use Shannon again.
