We had an unfortunate situation happen at the end with a contractor and she and her husband offered to jump right in and help us out. No questions asked! What a fantastic home selling and purchasing experience! Shannon is very experienced and a pleasure to work with. When I got on Zillow to do the rating, the one star option said “could have been better” which got me thinking how Shannon is the COMPLETE opposite of that. I’m not sure anything could have been handled more quickly or professionally than how Shannon conducted the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. We hit lots of problems with both the buyer and seller that we’re out of our control and Shannon negotiated the whole thing beautifully and efficiently to minimize the stress to my wife and I.
