We loved working with Shannon Hrabe. From the very beginning she was knowledgeable and kind. She walked us through all of the little details and explained everything we needed to know. She was always quick to respond to our questions and available when we needed her. We had an unfortunate situation happen at the end with a contractor and she and her husband offered to jump right in and help us out. No questions asked! We would definitely use Shannon again and will recommend her to all of our friends.

What a fantastic home selling and purchasing experience! Shannon is very experienced and a pleasure to work with. Shannon provided information concerning each phase of the sale so my timelines and expectations where clear. Shannon is very elastic and adjusted for any situation that unexpectedly occurred during the sale process. She assisted the purchasing agents by re-writting the contract to save back and forth time, smoothing out and streamlining the sales process. When it came time to purchase my new home Shannon has a wealth of knowledge in the NVA area and was very helpful pinpointing the area codes that I was mainly interested in, sending daily listings . The home I decided to purchase was for sale by owner which can make the process very interesting and difficult. Due to Shannon's personable character and commitment to her customer(me), she was able to build trust and understanding with the seller, which in turn decided to work with us and make the sale work.
